Displayed in a unique bottle highlighting our Nashville Skyline, which is the birthplace of our Borchetta Bourbon, this Small Batch is another definition of True Craft spirits.
All of our Award-Winning bourbons feature unique red, white, and blue varietal heirloom corns, locally grown within 5 miles of our distillery and milled on a restored 1950's stone mill. We cook with local Lynnville creek water, and 100% copper pot distill to create a full flavored bourbon. Our high corn recipe is rounded out with wheat and malted barley. Each barrel is hand-selected for its taste by Big Machine’s Master Blender and EVP, Mark Borchetta, offering a drinking experience unlike any other.

Local creek water used to cook and ferment our bourbon giving it it’s distinctive taste.
Stone Milled
Milled on site with restored 1950’s stone mills for the best consistency to make bourbon.

Copper Pot Distilled in-house. Sweet mash style on speciality designed copper pot stills.
